In accordance with federal and state laws,these records must be maintained for a period of 5 years after Special EducationServices have ended for the student. Special Education services end when thestudent is no longer eligible for services, graduates or completes his or hereducational program at age 22, or moves from the districtThis notification is solely to provide awareness to the students who graduated inMay 2012 or who left school during that year.
