In the event the main number is not available, call 270-726-2520 to report any electric service issues. We are fully staffed during our regular working hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. A serviceman is on call to handle any service issues that occur after regular working hours, or on weekends or holidays. Before calling, please check the breakers or fuses in your service panel or other equipment to make sure the problem is not inside your home. If the problem is determined to be on the customer’s side of the point of attachment, the customer will be billed for a service call, with a minimum call-out time of two (2) hours at overtime rates.
