The City of Adairville is a quaint historic town located just one (1) mile north of the Tennessee state line on highway 431 in the southern portion of Logan County in Kentucky. It was incorporated in 1833 and named after General John Adair. Adairville is the site of the Jackson-Dickinson Duel fought between Charles Dickinson and Major General Andrew Jackson in 1806. The Adairville Strawberry Festival was first held in 1947 and is held annually during the month of May. The first Skate Park in Logan County, which opened in the summer of 2007, is located in Adairville. We hope you enjoy your visit to our area!
